SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All domestic orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). We will use the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and will include online tracking to estimate when your package will be delivered.  Our scarves usually arrive in 3-5 business days with normal weather conditions.

RETURNS

At GraceMor, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied.  If you have any question regarding your order relating to damaged or incorrect item received, please contact us at info@gracemorworld.com within 14 days from the date you received the product, and we will work with you to make it right. Please be advised that all items must be unworn, and still in its packaged condition, to be considered for our exchange policy only.
